§ Assisted in the design and implementation of new software/hardware technologies
§ Was on call technical support for IPN clients. Provided repair, upgrade and consultation for all of the clients needs.

October, 1999 to June, 2000

§ Upgraded company from a Windows 95 to a Windows NT environment (both hardware and software).
§ Planned and moved company to a new physical location.
§ Installed a Microsoft Exchange server
§ Upgraded from a token ring environment to a fast Ethernet
§ Implemented a backup and restore procedure for upgrading the users from Windows 95/98 to Windows NT

Talamini Computer Services, Pomona, NY -- NT Consultant
December, 1998 to August, 1999

§ Converted on the average of 10-15 computers a week from Windows 95/98 to Windows NT as a consultant for both Pepsico and the Pepsi Bottling Group.
§ Used a backup and restore procedure for all clients data from when they were upgraded to Windows NT

Cine-Magnetics Corp., Armonk, NY -- Digital Resources Engineer
November, 1994 to December, 1998

§ Created a stock, inventory and tracking system using MS Access as the data receptacle and Visual Basic as the front end. This system could track up to 70,000 movie titles, number of duplications requested, date master video came in, date it went into duplication, and the shipping and recipient data.
§ Introduced the company as a web presence (http://www.cinemagnetics.com)
§ Upgraded the company from a DOS environment to a Windows network.
